“I really cannot give high enough regards for the NetGreene team. I was not a current customer, but ran into a very complex network configuration problem on the weekend that Premier Medical Group relocated our computer data center equipment to the new Dunlop property. I reached out to Scott Greene on a Sunday afternoon when we were about 18 hrs into the relocation project and a LONG way from being finished. I was growing concerned about getting completed in time for being functional before Monday open of business time. Scott Greene and Chris Elkins came to assist on short notice. They took the time to understand the complexities of our situation, then spent the next 9 hours being an extra set of highly skilled problem solvers and labor to get the project completed. I cannot thank them enough for coming to our aide on short, urgent notice, despite that we were not previously a customer.
