Scott Greene
– President & CEO –
Scott Greene is well known in the I.T. community for his skilled background in I.T. and Telecom engineering, design, and security. He has worked with well-known companies such as Trend Micro, IBM Global Security, and Secure Works – implementing security solutions for companies throughout the United States. Holding a degree in engineering, Scott has over twenty years of IT network design and support experience. In 2001, he obtained one of the first public certifications for WiFi engineering, design, and security. In 2002, he was 1 of only 1,600 within the United States to earn combined top-level certifications within I.T. network engineering and security. In the mid 2000’s, Scott worked with Cisco Systems to beta deploy the Cisco ASA firewall, the replacement for the Cisco PIX firewall, in a live production environment.
Scott Greene has worked with industry leading technology companies – including Perot Systems, Dell Healthcare Services, MCI WorldCom (now Verizon), and Cisco Systems. With a strong application development background, Scott is fluent in languages such as HTML, AJAX, VB, VB.net, C++, C Sharp, Perl, Ruby Rails, and Java. He started programming applications in 1996. Scott has a strong belief that in order to understand networking and security, you must have knowledge of how applications use the network and security environments. Scott relentlessly monitors leading Internet and technology companies to stay abreast of the everchanging landscape. He enjoys saying “there is nothing on the market today I haven’t already seen or touched when it comes to networking and security”. Scott’s approach to network design and security is to never move away from the K.I.S.S. approach (Keep It Simple Stupid).
Leigh Ann Greene
– VP of Operations –
Originally from Louisville, KY – Leigh Ann Greene has an extensive background in public relations, management and organizational leadership. Earning a B.A. degree from Western Kentucky University in Corporate and Organizational Communication, Leigh Ann proudly leads NetGreene’s initiative of providing top notch customer service to all of NetGreene’s valued clients and partners.
Adam Sanborn
– Technical Sales Account Manager –
Adam Sanborn bravely served in the United States Army for eight years. When he retired from service, Adam moved back to Nashville where he was raised. He and his wife started a family in the city they love and now have 3 beautiful daughters. His ambition in technology sales and customer relationships fuels his passion to be able to continue to serve his community. Adam is tenured with years of technology sales experience in the corporate arena as well as a wide spectrum of businesses he has served in the Nashville area. He started his journey in sales through an unorthodox path in the military by developing proposals to streamline more efficient methods for mission operations, trainings, and support. When Adam chose the technology industry, he accepted the challenge knowing that businesses and institutions need the BEST in both technology and relationships.
Chris Elkins
– Engineering Lead –
With over 25 years of experience in computers and I.T., Chris Elkins is knowledgeable in all aspects of technology and I.T. services. His experience in I.T. provides him a practical understanding of business and operational technology needs, as he believes that “technology should not dictate how a business operates.” Chris’s extensive Healthcare I.T. experience is critical in providing services and technologies that address the unique challenges of Healthcare environments. As the Engineering Lead for NetGreene Solutions, Chris is responsible for ensuring that clients receive the best support and technologies available. He works with clients to understand their business operations, so that solutions are tailored to enhance those operations. Chris holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honors in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and an Associate Degree in I.T. Engineering.
Johnathan Bridges
– Field Services Lead –
Johnathan Bridges has worked with computers since the age of 12 – when he built his first personal computer with the help of a family friend. His passion for computer technology never ceased to grow – leading to his career experience with IGT (international gaming technology) as a Product Tester, and then later with the United States Army as a Computer Detection and Repair Technician. Johnathan is now finishing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Western Kentucky University. “The pursuit for education is one thing in life that should never stop.”
Elyssa Ortega
– Project Manager –
Elyssa Ortega is a current student at Sullivan University, soon to graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Technology as well as an Associate Degree in Cyber Security. Over the past 5 years, Elyssa has worked in a variety of areas in technology, while also obtaining the CompTIA A+ certification. Elyssa’s passion for technology started at a young age. As a child, Elyssa was a proud member of the Student Technology Leadership program. Outside of school and work, Elyssa enjoys improving her technical skills and seeking opportunities for growth.
Domanick Layne
– Software Development Engineer –
Domanick Layne graduated from Austin Peay State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems with a concentration in Information Assurance and Security as well as Networking. Domanick’s passion for working with computers started a very young age. He thoroughly enjoys the challenges and processes that come with computer programming. Domanick is now thriving as NetGreene’s lead application developer.
Michael Renner
– Field Services Technician –
Michael is a Tennessee native with over 10 years of customer service experience. With a Network Support Administration Degree from Daymar College in Clarksville, Michael is excited to bring both his knowledge and enthusiasm in support of our customers. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and looking for new adventures.
Peter Riley
– NOC Technician –
Peter Riley is a U.S. Army Retiree with over 20 years of experience in Safeguarding Information Security as well as 5 years in Information Technology. Peter earned an Associate Degree in Network Administration from Daymar College in Clarksville, TN. Post-graduation, Peter has gained professional experience as a Helpdesk Technician and I.T. System Analyst, working for Apex Systems and Boeing Sikorsky Aircraft Support. His passion for computers and technology has continued to soar after retiring from the Army and shadowing his mentors in the information technology field.
